Refund & Cancellation Policy:

If you would like to request a refund or cancel your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the service purchase date. We will review each case on an individual basis and decide based on the circumstances surrounding the request.
In order for us to process your refund or cancellation, please provide proof of purchase. This can include:
– A copy of the receipt or invoice
– A screenshot of the payment page
– Any other proof that verifies your service or scope of work.
We reserve the right to reject any refund/cancellation requests if we are unable to verify the identity of the purchaser or if we believe that there has been any fraudulent activity involved in the transaction.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will notify you via email about our decision. If approved, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days of approval.
